All staff are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of client information and business information. Any actual or suspected data breaches must be immediately reported to our designated Privacy Officer and Data Protection team through our incident response system.

If we believe there has been a breach, we will advise the affected clients and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.
